These terms explain the basic rules for using SlipKeep.
What SlipKeep Does
SlipKeep is a record-keeping and organisation tool for receipts, slips, vehicle records, trip records and exports.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded receipts, edited data, vehicle entries, trip entries and exports.
You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or third-party data that you are not allowed to store or process.
You should keep your own backups and export copies of important records.
No Professional Advice
SlipKeep does not provide accounting, tax, VAT, legal or SARS advice.
SlipKeep does not guarantee that OCR, AI output, extracted fields or suggested data are correct.
SlipKeep does not guarantee that a record will be accepted by SARS, an accountant, employer, auditor or any other person.
Plans and Payments
Service features may change, have downtime, or be limited by plan rules.
Plan limits apply, including records per month, vehicles, exports and other package limits.
Paid plans are handled through PayFast or another payment provider.
Misuse
SlipKeep may suspend accounts that misuse the service, abuse the platform, attempt fraud, or interfere with other users.
